In order to better control long waits for check ins and to maximize parking space, a limited number of tickets are available each quarter hour. Tickets purchased online will guarantee your entry to the farm.
Walk ups (without online purchased tickets) ARE NOT guaranteed entry
Your tickets are only valid for the date and time you have purchased. If you arrive on the wrong date and time, you ARE NOT guaranteed entry due to capacity limitations. Be sure you have entered the correct information (date/time) before submitting your order
TICKET CHANGES POLICY
o No changes, refunds or vouchers will be allowed for No-Shows
o Request to change dates/times must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance AND must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
o Same day change requests WILL NOT be accepted
o Change approvals are based on date/time availability. Availability is not guaranteed
o Ticket purchaser is responsible for additional cost if the requested date/time is a higher price than the original ticket purchase
o No refunds or credit will be given if change request results in a lower priced ticket
o Change requests will be charged a $5 processing fee
INCLEMENT WEATHER & CLOSING POLICY
· Notification of weather related or unavoidable closings are posted on the website, facebook & the information line at 615-669-6293
· Check before you come if there have been recent rains or if rain is in the forecast
· If the farm has to close, a ticket voucher will be issued for a future visit or event

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS ON TICKET PURCHASES
